Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technology inflection points
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech)
- Design strategic frameworks for future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigm shifts
- Oversee prototyping of next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems and startup incubation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
