Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to develop comprehensive 2026 innovation frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for healthcare, climate tech, and AI ethics
- Deliver strategic foresight reports to C-suite executives and board members
- Design and facilitate future-scenario workshops with global industry partners
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems
- Pioneer ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or tech consulting
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 commercialized innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep technical literacy in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized AI
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
