Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop innovation roadmaps and strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on exponential change
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and manage a network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex futures scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Lead the design of speculative futures simulations for organizational resilience
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization capabilities for complex futures
- Published author or recognized speaker on future trends
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures projects
