Responsibilities
- Develop and lead horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026+
- Architect strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating AI adoption, quantum computing integration, and climate transition
- Deliver executive-level scenario planning workshops and trend briefings to C-suite audiences
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state business models and value propositions
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry publications and conferences
- Maintain proprietary trend intelligence database and predictive analytics models
- Partner with R&D teams to de-risk emerging technology investments and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced materials
- Executive presence with experience advising C-suite on strategic transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Technology Management, or equivalent field
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or strategic frameworks for 2025-2030 horizons
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS) preferred
- Experience with predictive analytics tools and horizon scanning platforms
