Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and disruptive business models
- Design scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and digital transformation
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions and minimum viable innovations
- Establish quantitative/qualitative metrics for tracking future-readiness maturity
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CSO, WFS)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Portfolio of published future trend analyses or innovation frameworks
