As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and external partners to anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems. You'll transform complex data into actionable insights while mentoring the next generation of futurists.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Develop strategic frameworks for long-term innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026-2035 market projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development and business strategy
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Champion ethical innovation principles in all strategic initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
