- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic and industry thought leaders
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-focused topics
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech trends
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in innovation/futurism domains
- Certification in foresight or strategic planning (e.g., CFPS)
