Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts to identify future opportunities and threats.
- Develop and communicate strategic foresight reports and scenarios for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future insights into product development and business strategy.
- Lead innovation workshops and ideation sessions to foster a culture of forward-thinking.
- Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and thought leadership platforms.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in futures thinking methodologies.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience).
- At least 7 years of experience in strategy, innovation, or a forward-looking role.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic foresight initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Experience with futures research methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis.
- Passion for emerging technologies and their potential impact on society and business.
