- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish Horizon Dynamics' annual 'State of 2026' industry forecast symposium
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across product development lifecycle
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Horizon Academy' program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- Published research on exponential technology impacts (peer-reviewed journals)
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies with measurable ROI
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech domains
