Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Oversee R&D investments in next-generation technology incubation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, PhD in Technology/Foresight, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
