Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 5-10 year futures
- Facilitate C-level workshops on disruptive innovation and paradigm shifts
- Author high-impact foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Build cross-industry ecosystems of futurists and domain experts
- Translate foresight into product innovation and market positioning strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend reports or white papers
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and signal detection
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Sociology, Technology, or MBA
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience advising executive teams on disruptive technology adoption
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major organizational transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of emerging tech convergence patterns
