Responsibilities
- Develop and publish horizon-scanning reports on transformative technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate engineering) with 2026+ implications
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for board-level decision-makers
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future megatrends
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics across enterprise functions
- Curate global futurist networks and academic partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and government committees
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends (peer-reviewed journals, TED talks)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic uncertainty
