Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in innovation strategy at top-tier consultancies or R&D labs
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Published author in futures research (peer-reviewed journals preferred)
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gephi, Tableau, AI-driven analytics)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technological disruption
