Responsibilities

- Author high-impact trend reports published in industry journals and policy forums
- Design and prototype future-focused solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional innovation teams

Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, innovation strategy, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of C-level client engagements and thought leadership
- Expertise in futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published author in innovation or foresight publications
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
