Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating AI disruption and climate resilience
- Design neuro-technology interfaces for immersive foresight workshops with executive leadership teams
- Translate complex futures research into actionable innovation roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Collaborate with quantum-computing teams to model long-term systemic risks and opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight tools
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic risk modeling
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, biotech convergence, and climate adaptation frameworks
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Published author or thought leader in technology futures or innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ high-impact foresight projects driving organizational transformation
