Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop evidence-based scenario models and strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Champion innovation workshops with cross-functional teams to translate foresight into actionable opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver keynote presentations at industry forums
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against strategic foresight objectives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into successful business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and technology impact assessment
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems (VCs, startups, think tanks)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience guiding C-suite through disruptive market transformations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) preferred
