Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across healthcare, energy, and tech sectors
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with predictive modeling and quantitative forecasts
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market viability
- Represent the firm at global forums like Davos and World Economic Future Summits
- Mentor a team of futurists and junior strategists using cutting-edge foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or top-tier business media
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Proven track record of advising C-level executives on transformative strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures compellingly
