Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and geopolitical trends to forecast industry disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation initiatives aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-focused thinking across departments
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and competitive threats
- Drive implementation of pilot projects for emerging technologies and business models
- Maintain a dynamic foresight database and trend intelligence repository
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation projects
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, white papers)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP) highly desirable
