- Lead innovation workshops using design thinking and strategic foresight methodologies
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership for industry publications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and strategic consultants
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or trend analysis at enterprise level
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences across industries
