Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal shifts to develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across healthcare and energy sectors
- Author disruptive innovation roadmaps published in peer-reviewed journals
- Orchestrate cross-industry symposia with MIT and Stanford futurist cohorts
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive modeling and horizon scanning
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and exponential trend analysis
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative discipline
- 8+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 consulting experience
- Published author in Futures Research Quarterly or equivalent journal
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or climate resilience modeling
- Proficiency in foresight tools (STEEP-LE, Delphi Method, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation pipelines
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
