Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models for 2026+ market disruptions using AI-driven trend analysis
- Produce strategic foresight reports on converging technologies (quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, climate adaptation)
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across 12+ sectors
- Lead workshops with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications on post-2025 human-machine symbiosis
- Collaborate with behavioral economists to model societal shifts in remote work and digital identity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years applying foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Expertise in Python/R for trend modeling and predictive analytics
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic foresight implementations
- Deep understanding of 2020-2030 technological convergence vectors
- Certification in futures research or strategic foresight preferred
