Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on 2026 strategic priorities
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven projections for board review

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven experience translating complex trends into executable business strategies

- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., SFI, CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
