Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models
- Analyze global data to forecast socioeconomic shifts affecting industry sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong background in technology, sustainability, or geopolitical analysis
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and investors
