Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning models for C-suite stakeholders
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and drive thought leadership through industry conferences
- Quantify market readiness and ROI for futuristic technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in emerging technology trends (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Strong data visualization and scenario modeling skills (Python, Tableau)
