- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on disruptive futures
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to forecast industry evolution
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable business strategies for product development
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Track record of publishing influential future-oriented research or thought leadership
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
