Responsibilities
- Lead foresight research initiatives to identify disruptive trends and emerging technologies through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps translating future insights into actionable business plans
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align future strategies with organizational goals
- Present complex future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Drive innovation workshops to harvest and implement future-focused ideas
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and strategic implications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (preferred)
