Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Produce high-impact trend analysis reports and scenario planning documents
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready innovations into roadmaps
- Represent the organization at global tech summits and futurist conferences
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of future-focused innovation
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic foresight ROI and adoption rates
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy domains
