As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to decode technological, social, and economic megatrends, ensuring we're not just prepared for 2026 but actively defining it. You'll pioneer methodologies for scenario planning and horizon scanning while mentoring a cross-functional team of futurists and data scientists.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and execute scenario-planning frameworks for 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Translate complex trend analyses into executive-ready visualizations and recommendations
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven storytelling
- Mentor junior futurists while building external partnerships with academic institutions
- Establish KPIs to measure foresight accuracy and strategic impact
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) and storytelling aptitude
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ foresight projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
