- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate future business models
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global forums on emerging trends and strategic foresight
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with $5M+ budgets driving exponential growth opportunities
- Mentor a team of futurists and analysts to cultivate organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic vision frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field required
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and boardroom credibility
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or implemented innovation initiatives
