Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze disruptive technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and geopolitical trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop evidence-based scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops with cross-functional teams to co-create future-proof strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, R&D labs, and venture capital networks
- Quantify market opportunities through predictive modeling and risk-mitigation protocols
- Lead cross-continental innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with documented experience at Davos, SXSW, or equivalent forums
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-oriented strategies
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis, backcasting)
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
