Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, innovation hubs, and technology pioneers
- Design and deploy early-warning systems for emerging disruptions and market shifts
- Integrate AI-driven forecasting tools with human-centered foresight methodologies
- Mentor junior strategists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and disruptive technology assessment
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and global innovation communities
- Publishing record in foresight journals or thought leadership platforms
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trend Hunter, Palantir)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) preferred
