Responsibilities

- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for 2026+ horizons
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into organizational strategy
- Lead innovation workshops and stakeholder engagements to align vision across departments
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations communicating complex future landscapes
- Monitor emerging signals and validate foresight through continuous research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and futures research methodologies
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems and thought leadership communities
