Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and KPIs
- Drive organizational adoption of foresight methodologies across 15+ departments
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging tech paradigms
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate future-thinking capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media outlets
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives and visualizations
