Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on emerging technological trends and their potential impact on the industry and society.
- Develop and maintain a strategic technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning with business objectives.
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to integrate futuristic technologies into current and future products.
- Conduct scenario planning and foresight exercises to prepare for various future possibilities.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify opportunities for partnerships and acquisitions.
- Lead the development of thought leadership content, including whitepapers, articles, and presentations.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging technologies for business growth.
- Deep knowledge of current and future technology trends, including AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and more.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience with scenario planning, foresight methodologies, and trend analysis.
