Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation neural networks optimized for real-time inference and massive scale.
- Lead the research and implementation of generative AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and diffusion models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core infrastructure and product ecosystems.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for high-performance computing environments and edge devices.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, versioning, explainability, and ethical AI usage.
- mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and AI architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA programming.
- Strong experience with transformer architectures, multimodal models, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
