Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues in a Windows environment.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop environments, operating systems, and peripheral devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within Active Directory and Office 365.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to ensure optimal network performance and security.
- Document technical procedures and maintain an accurate IT asset inventory.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular system health checks and perform preventative maintenance.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with virtualization tools and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
