Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and in-person.
- Manage and maintain the organization's desktop infrastructure, including Windows and macOS systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Monitor network performance and respond to alerts to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates across the office.
- Document all incidents, solutions, and procedures in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve IT workflows and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to lift and carry computer equipment (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
