Responsibilities
- Write and maintain high-level technical documentation, including API references, developer guides, and product release notes.
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to extract complex technical information.
- Develop and enforce documentation style guides to ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand voice across all platforms.
- Optimize documentation for SEO and accessibility to improve searchability and user engagement.
- Mentor junior writers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our documentation processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, documentation engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with agile development teams and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Git.
- Strong command of Markdown, HTML, and XML.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand complex technical concepts quickly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting with high self-discipline.
