Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the 2026 Roadmap: Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and market trends.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning into core product workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, sales, and executive leadership to drive product vision.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to measure product performance and iterate rapidly based on user feedback and data insights.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies and competitor landscapes to identify new opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation and accountability within the product team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in SaaS, AI, or Future of Work technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable product strategies.
