- Develop and manage link-building strategies to improve domain authority and backlink profiles.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools to report on KPIs and ROI.
- Collaborate with content teams to craft SEO-friendly copy and ensure alignment with user intent.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm updates and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Train junior team members and provide mentorship on best SEO practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
