Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive technical SEO audits, including site speed, crawlability, and indexability analysis.
- Oversee the end-to-end SEO lifecycle, from strategy and keyword research to implementation and reporting.
- Optimize on-page elements (title tags, meta descriptions, headers) and schema markup.
- Build and manage high-quality backlink profiles through white-hat outreach and PR.
- Train and mentor junior marketing staff on SEO best practices.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including AI-driven search and voice search optimization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong preference for technical or agency-side experience.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical implementation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-backed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
