Responsibilities
- Architect Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance and optimize applications to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features that align with business goals.
- Debugging & Maintenance: Troubleshoot complex issues, resolve bugs, and perform routine maintenance on existing codebases.
- Agile Leadership: Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time capacity.
- Core Tech: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and make sound architectural decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
