Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Provide remote desktop assistance and virtual troubleshooting sessions.
- Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles for team reference.
- Collaborate with IT engineers to escalate and resolve critical system failures.
- Mentor junior support staff and conduct training on new software updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or IT help desk roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and Active Directory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Valid US work authorization required.
