- Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement long-term technical solutions.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting and system diagnostics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required.
