Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Analyze complex user inquiries and provide accurate, timely resolutions to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and system changes in the CRM database accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to escalate and resolve persistent technical bugs.
- Train junior staff and share knowledge on best practices for technical support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and emerging technologies to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service roles.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in using help desk software, ticketing systems, and remote desktop tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred.
