As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive the strategic vision for our 2026 roadmap, ensuring our platforms are scalable, secure, and revolutionary.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for upcoming technologies, focusing on AI integration and quantum readiness.
- Technical Strategy: Oversee the development of high-impact software solutions that align with future market demands.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the engineering department.
- Prototyping: Spearhead the creation of proof-of-concept prototypes for next-gen hardware-software integration.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product managers and C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical realities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure). Familiarity with Neural Networks and Quantum Algorithms is a plus.
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to anticipate future trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
