Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shift operations to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance regulations on the warehouse floor.
- Train and mentor new warehouse staff on operational procedures.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Address and resolve operational issues immediately to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, nights, and weekends.
