Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future-proof innovations into core offerings
- Design and lead executive foresight workshops that align stakeholders on long-term vision
- Author thought leadership publications positioning our organization as a future-shaping authority
- Establish KPIs to track strategic horizon initiatives and measure impact on market positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects with quantifiable business impact
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF preferred)
