Responsibilities
- Develop multi-stakeholder scenario roadmaps for 2026+ horizons using AI-driven predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into strategic initiatives
- Author annual 'Future State' reports published in Harvard Business Review and World Economic Forum
- Design and implement early-warning systems for disruptive technological shifts
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and academic researchers
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab on quantum computing applications for trend forecasting
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and UN Innovation Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Behavioral Economics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 portfolio
- Expertise in predictive analytics tools (TensorFlow, Prophet, custom ML frameworks)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Deep knowledge of biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Certified in Systems Dynamics Modeling (MIT Sloan)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic implementations
- Fluency in Spanish and Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
