- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive intelligence briefings
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate innovation based on future-state projections
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications and conference presentations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning or futurist roles with Fortune 500 impact
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
